＜International＞

 International orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan using Japan Post mail services. 

There are two shipping options: EMS and Small Packets.

EMS(Express Mail Service) is the fastest international shipping option, and the package is registered and tracked.  

Small Packets service is a registered mail service. It takes longer to deliver but is a cheaper option than EMS.

Shipping cost is determined by weight of the package, destination and delivery times depend on the shipping option you select.

CUSTOMS

Some countries, especially in the EU, may charge customs and duties for your package upon arrival. These charges are payable by you. COSMOS 29Q is not responsible for any customs costs (customs duty, import taxes and duty charges) for your purchase, imposed by the country of the delivery destination.

Whether you will be required to pay customs fees or not, or the amount of fees you will be charged will depend on the total amount of purchases and other rules set by each country. Sometimes you are required to pay customs fee even if the package is a gift and marked so. In some countries the package gets delivered only after you pay the customs fees.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders should normally be dispatched within 14 business days with exceptions with situations with bad weathers, natural disasters, issues with courier companies, peak seasons or any other unexpected events. We will notify you by email if there is a delay in dispatching your item. Please see the product page for pre-order or bespoke products.

Local Delivery:

  • 1-4 business days. For Okinawa and remote islands, it may take about 10 days.


International Delivery:

  • EMS: 2-5 business days
  • Small Packets: 6 to 14 business days


All lead times shown above are estimates through third party shipping company Japan Post, and COSMOS 29Q is not responsible for any delays.Delivery time may be longer for destinations in rural areas. Please note that there can be delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery may take longer than the estimated times shown above, particularly before and during Christmas and other holiday periods.
